Some people have a hard time switching to fresh vegetables and enjoying the taste of them raw, and getting tired of the same old steamed, roasted or boiled vegetables. Giving up the the dips or dressings that we tend to use to alter the taste that we are not a custom to, you feel as though you are missing out. Sometimes we just need that extra bit of flavour with our vegetables or want a different dressing on that side salad that is has a more flavourful taste other then oil and vinegar. This paleo ranch dressing will definitely help you with that, it is creamy and full of amazing flavours.
1/2 cup Paleo mayonnaise
1/2 cup coconut milk
1/2 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp dill
Salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste
- Whisk together all ingredients until well combined.
- Taste, then season with coarse sea salt and freshly ground pepper to taste.
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
