Basic Paleo Guacamole Basic Paleo Guacamole

Some recipes and meal ideas a more basic, smoother guacamole is required. A previously posted Chunky Paleo Guacamole which is absolutely delicious. This recipe is more basic with a more avocado flavour. Use your own personal preference when it comes to meal ideas, and when deciding which guacamole recipe to use.


2 avocado, pitted and peeled
2 tbsps white onion or scallions (green onion), finely chopped
1 tbsp lime juice, fresh
2 tbsps cilantro, finely chopped
sea salt and black pepper, to taste
1/4 tsp cumin, to taste
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper, to taste
1/4 tsp paprika, for topping


  1. Mash together both avocados. Mix in lime juice, onion, and cilantro. To make smooth use a hand held mixer or a blender, until desired consistency is achieved. Season with sea salt and black pepper to taste. Optional spices are to make a more spicy guacamole. Add to taste. Make sure to taste the guacamole and adjust spices optional and sea salt and black pepper
