A wonderfully refreshing condiment to add to tons of meals, whether it be a dip, light drizzle, or a full on douse on a burger/wrap/burrito. With this Cilantro Lime Paleo Aioli it can transform even the most bland and tasteless dish in to a mouthful of delicious flavour.
1 cup paleo mayonnaise
2-3 tbsp coconut milk, enough to thin the mayonnaise into a saucy consistency
1/2 bunch chopped cilantro
1 lime, juiced
1/4 tsp cumin
1/4 tsp chili powder
1/8 tsp cayenne
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp freshly cracked pepper
Combining 1 cup of paleo mayonnaise with the coconut milk until it thins the mayonnaise out in to a saucy consistency. Add juice from 1 whole lime. Set aside.
Combine cilantro, cumin, chili powder, cayenne, sea salt, and fresh cracked pepper. Mix until fully combined.
- Add herb mixture to thinned out mayonnaise mixture, combine thoroughly.
- Chill in fridge until needed.
